Terms

1. Parties

These terms govern the purchase and use of Archan XR (the "Software") provided by Archan Systems ("we", "us").

2. License grant

Upon payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on computers you own or control, signed in with your Archan Systems Account. The Software is licensed, not sold, and its use is governed by the End User License Agreement.

3. Sign-in and validation

The Software requires you to sign in with your Archan Systems Account once and periodically re-validates your license with our servers (approximately every three days). Between checks the Software works offline for a grace period. We may suspend or revoke a license in case of fraud, chargeback or breach of these terms.

4. Restrictions

No reverse-engineering, circumvention of licensing, or redistribution of the Software or account credentials.
Archan Systems Accounts are personal to the purchaser; account credentials may not be shared or resold.

5. Updates and support

Your license includes updates for the purchased major version. Support is provided by email on a reasonable-effort basis.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. Prices are shown excluding applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; taxes are calculated at checkout.

7. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the license, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
