Before you write

• Your license is tied to the email address used at purchase. Sign in to Archan XR with that Archan Systems Account; it then works offline with a short check about every three days.
• Forgot your password or never set one? Use the account page to reset it.
• Bought with a different email address than your account? Tell us both addresses and we will move the license.
