What we collect

Purchase data: your email address, name (if provided), and Stripe identifiers for the transaction. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Account data: your email address and a password hash, managed by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth). We never see your password.
License data: which products your account holds a license for, license status and an audit log of license checks (timestamps, application version). We do not collect hardware identifiers or machine fingerprints.
Hand-tracking samples (optional): only if you explicitly opt in inside the application, short samples of hand-tracking data, cropped to your hands so that little of your desk or surroundings is captured, used solely to train the Archan hand tracker and deleted after training. You can withdraw at any time in the application settings.

To deliver and validate your license, provide support, prevent fraud and comply with tax and accounting obligations.

Data is stored in our database provider (Supabase) and payment provider (Stripe). Our website is hosted on Vercel.

Purchase records are retained as long as required by law. License records are retained for the lifetime of the license.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data through the support form, subject to legal retention requirements.
