14-day refund window

If Archan XR does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

After a refund

The license associated with the refunded order is revoked and the application will stop working at its next license check.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; we can usually resolve issues faster. Licenses linked to disputed payments are suspended pending resolution.
